Do you want to become a Pyrotechnician, and work on fireworks displays in Canada?
To use display fireworks, you must be certified by Natural Resources Canada, and the first step to certification is successfully completing the Display Fireworks Safety and Legal Awareness Course, as offered by Magnum Fireworks.
Once you have successfully completed the safety and legal awareness course you can apply to ERD to obtain a Fireworks Operator Certificate (Display Assistant). The application fee is $100.00, payable directly to the Explosives Regulatory Division at the time of application.
