The Black Magic II is a capacitive discharge firing system that can literally fire hundreds of e-matches simultaneously on a single series wire that can be thousands of feet long. Its oversized capacitor releases 250 volts of power so fast that it has been used to fire over 200 e-matches in a single shot.

This product is only available for rent to professionals in the SFX and/or pyrotehchnics industry. You must be able to supply proof appropriate licensing as well as have adaquate liability insurance to rent and operate this equipment. It is the responsibility of the renter to follow all local, provincial and/or federal rules and regulations and obtain any and all necessary permits from the jurisdiction having authority where the equipment is to be operated. We have technicians available if you are unable meet these requirements.
The Black Magic II is a capacitive discharge firing system that can literally fire hundreds of e-matches simultaneously on a single series wire that can be thousands of feet long. Its oversized capacitor releases 250 volts of power so fast that it has been used to fire over 200 e-matches in a single shot.
Black Magic Firing Systems are also the firing system of choice for pyrotechnicians that only need to fire a few e-matches per show. The unit is compact and self contained in a durable, waterproof case with an internal battery. Its simple, easy to use layout allows the shooter to concentrate on the fireworks themselves as opposed to a complicated firing system.
The Black Magic system packs a lot more power than its size would suggest. The Black Magic II has built-in terminals for 12 selectable cues with separate arm and fire switches to prevent accidental firing. The continuity check circuit is integrated into the system and can be accessed without arming the system.
The system is powered by a single internal, replaceable 9v alkaline battery that is good for hundreds of cues.
